Yes. Privacy preferences inside the app let you adjust visibility and tighten account settings whenever you wish.
How is unwelcome content handled?
Report content, block accounts, and trust the moderation workflows behind the app to act on abuse and inappropriate uploads.
How do I delete my account?
From Profile › Privacy inside the app. The same area lets you request a data export at any time.
