Common questions.

How do I add my pet?

Open the app, tap Add Pet, upload a photo, and enter your pet's details. Photo uploads require camera or photo-library permission depending on the source you choose.

How does voting work?

Free accounts have daily vote limits. PetLeague+ unlocks unlimited votes and premium leagues. Vote totals feed contests, matchups, achievements, and leaderboards.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Use the in-app report action on the profile or entry whenever possible — reports include the right target identifier for moderation. Email support if the in-app flow is unavailable.

How do I export or delete my data?

Go to Profile › Privacy in the app. You can request an export or permanently delete your account. If the request fails, email privacy@petleague.app.

How do I cancel PetLeague+?

Subscriptions are managed by the platform store. On iOS, use your Apple ID subscription settings. On Android, use Google Play subscription settings. PetLeague cannot cancel a store subscription from the backend.

Why did my ranking or vote total change?

Leaderboards refresh on a schedule and may be recalculated. We may also correct rankings when duplicate votes, abuse, technical issues, or moderation outcomes affect results.
