By using PetLeague, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a PetLeague account.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. You must provide accurate account information and may not impersonate others.
3. User Content
- You retain ownership of content you upload
- You grant PetLeague a non-exclusive license to display that content in the app and related product surfaces
- You must have rights to upload the content you submit
4. Community and Fair Play
- No abuse, harassment, hate speech, or explicit/inappropriate content
- No bots, scripts, fake engagement, vote manipulation, or multi-account abuse
- No uploads showing animal cruelty or illegal activity
5. Moderation and Enforcement
PetLeague uses moderation workflows, automated checks, and user reports. Content or accounts may be restricted, hidden, or removed when policy violations are detected.
6. Contests, Votes, and Rankings
Contests and rankings are entertainment features. Daily vote limits and premium features are product-configurable and may change over time. We may correct results when manipulation, fraud, or abuse is detected.
7. Subscriptions and Purchases
PetLeague+ is optional. If subscribed, billing and renewal are handled by your platform app store according to store terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.
8. Account Termination
You may delete your account in-app (Profile > Privacy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
PetLeague is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetLeague is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
